Graphic artist Ramon Rodrigues was born in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil in 1982. He has an academic degree in Industrial Design and a Master in Design, both at UDESC - Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. 

Parallel to his academic training, he studied drawing, illustration, anatomy and printmaking in Brazil and Argentina. He attended for some years the printmaking workshops of Fundação Catarinense de Cultura, at Centro Integrado de Cultura in Florianópolis, where he studied lithography and then woodcut, always guided by Master Printmaker Bebeto.

In 2010 he lived in Buenos Aires where he studied drawing, painting and did an artistic residency in the woodcut atelier of the Argentine Master, Leonardo Gotleyb.
